1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service — including through automated agents, the REST API, or the MCP server — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

27c.site provides API-first static site hosting. Users (or their AI agents) deploy static files — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, videos and other assets — which are stored on the 27c.site platform and served from a per-user subdomain under 27c.site. The Service is designed to be driven programmatically through a REST API and the MCP server; there is no manual management dashboard.

3. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Accounts and API keys are created programmatically through the Service's register/login endpoints. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including deployments made by automated agents acting on your behalf. If you believe an API key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately through the API.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to host, distribute, or link to content that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• constitutes malware, phishing, fraud, or other malicious or deceptive activity;
• is spam, abusive, defamatory, or harassing;
• attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• impersonates 27c.site or misuses reserved subdomains.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all rights to the content you deploy. You are solely responsible for the content, its legality, and its compliance with these Terms. The Service does not pre-review deployed content; deployment is an automated, programmatic operation. We may suspend or remove content that we reasonably determine violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Storage, Retention and Rollback

Deployed files are stored in per-user isolated storage. Deployment history is retained (typically the most recent deployments) to support rollback. The Service may enforce storage limits and file-size limits, and may prune old deployment history to manage resources. Do not rely on the Service as your only backup.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your content may be removed from the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Service is free and offered on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or durability of stored content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 27c.site and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, or profits, arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
